Ultimate Goal for Winning the Game

If you wish to win the game of Hold ‘Em, you must aim at making your five-card hand the best by using the hole cards and/or the community cards. Out of the two hole cards that were handled to you at the beginning of the game, it is your choice to use both of them, one, or none of them while building your hand. The Hold ‘Em poker tables can seat a maximum of ten players. If you are new to the game, it will be a good idea to stay behind and watch your opponents’ modes of operandi. Every hand will end with the showdown, after which the rest of the players will compare their hands; one with the highest hand will win the pot.

Starting Hold ‘Em Poker Game

The Dealer button is given to one player indicating that the particular player is at an advantageous position to be the last to act in betting rounds. The house will deal one card per player if it is a new game; the player with the highest card will have the Dealer button. In the case of ongoing game, the Dealer button moves in a clockwise direction around the table and the player on the left of Dealer button can have the button in the next hand.
